Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! However, if you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to allow us time to fill your spot.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service booked.
Your deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
If you cancel before the 48-hour window, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment.
If you reschedule that new appointment again, a new deposit will be required.
If your card is removed or blocked when a cancellation fee is due, you will be blocked from booking future appointments until the fee is paid in full.
Lateness Policy:
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a no-show, and the cancellation policy above will apply.
